Why the BBody Barre method?
What led Sofia to create this method are years of experience as a teacher, practitioner, and dancer. Numerous influences have shaped her journey, including dance—especially ballet and contemporary dance—yoga, pilates, the fitness and sports realm, and the field of well-being. The method is not just a modality; it's a way of life. It has already helped many individuals, and now, with Sofia's guidance, you have the opportunity to help many more. You will learn a comprehensive modality that allows you to engage both your body and mind, fostering focus and discipline. Essentially, you will be equipped to teach your students a way of living, being, and existing that aligns with a healthy and balanced lifestyle. The course is self-paced, delivered through recorded classes over a period of 6 weeks.
Barre Tone
Aulas completas de tonificação muscular, combinadas com reeducação postural e trabalho cardiovascular e de flexibilidade.
Queima e tonifica o corpo, assim como melhora a flexibilidade.
Barre HIIT & cardio
Aulas direcionadas para o treino cardiovascular, sempre com a opção de exercícios com e sem impacto. Aulas excelentes para perda de massa gorda.
Barre flow & stretch
Nesta aula junta-se o trabalho de força, alongamento, flexibilidade e respiração. Excelente para tonificar e melhorar a flexibilidade, ao mesmo tempo que trabalha a respiração através de movimentos fluidos.

You will be a certified Barre Body teacher: Barre, HIIT and Cardio and Barre Flow and Stretch.
Anyone can take the course to deepen their knowledge. However, to become a certified teacher of Ballet Body, you must have one of these options as a foundation: sports, dance, pilates, yoga, physiotherapy, or a similar background. Phase 2: Teachers Academy
If you complete all the classes and are successful in the assessment, you will be a certified Body teacher. However, to be part of my team and receive opportunities to teach both in the studio and face-to-face classes in partner spaces, you must be part of the Teachers Academy.
