A full day dedicated to slowing down and recalibrating. Learn practical strategies to regulate your nervous system while reflecting on the first quarter of the year, setting clear intentions for the Spring ahead.

This isn’t just a fitness event; it’s a strategic realignment between your body and mind.

The Program

The Practice | 11:30 AM

  • A 50-minute BBody Method session. A fusion of Barre, Yoga, and Pilates designed to wake up the body, release accumulated tension, and generate energy.

The Nourishment | 12:30 PM

  • A conscious, delicious, and healthy community lunch.

Nervous System Regulation workshop | 2:30 PM

  • A practical workshop on regulating your nervous system.

  • Daily breathwork techniques.

  • Practical tools to apply in your work and daily routine.

  • Creative visualization meditation for mental clarity.

The Realignment | 4:00 PM

  • Guided conscious writing with reflective prompts. Building your "Pyramid of Intentions" for the upcoming quarter.

Spots are limited to 13 participants to ensure an intimate and high-quality experience.

The experience was carefully designed to take place in an inspiring and comfortable space in the heart of Lisbon — Feel at Om. Allowing you to enjoy a full day of mindfulness, movement and reflection without long commutes, perfectly suited to an urban lifestyle.

About

Sofia Bichão

I'm Sofia — a creator by nature, passionate about movement, self-awareness, and conscious living. My connection to the body and mind began early: I got my degree in Dance, became certified in Yoga and Mindfulness, and for years, I worked in the corporate world, leading marketing teams while teaching classes on the side.

Over time, I realized that stress and emotional burdens were affecting me more than I had imagined. That's when I turned my passion for conscious movement into a bigger project: BBody. It started as a space for barre, yoga, and flow classes and has since grown into a platform for holistic wellness, where the body, mind, and self-care meet.

Along this journey, I've joined forces with therapists, psychologists, nutritionists, and other specialists, all with a common goal: to give you practical and inspiring tools to better take care of yourself. Today, in addition to being the founder of BBody Wellness, I am also a facilitator of physical, emotional, and energetic transformation.

BBody isn't about doing more; it's about doing better. About choosing what serves you, what supports you, and what strengthens you. Whether through movement, meditation, or the simple act of pausing, this space is your reminder: self-love and balance start from within.
