Service Description

THE THERAPIST: After several years working as a Marketing and Communications Director, she completely changed her life when she resigned in 2017 and began studying Hypnotherapy, motivated by the transformation she experienced when she successfully quit smoking with this technique. Since then, she has been a Hypnotherapist, working with a variety of problems, from anxiety and stress to burnout and weight loss. Sessions can be conducted in Portuguese, English, or French. WHAT IT IS AND HOW IT WORKS: During a hypnotherapy session, the patient's body relaxes and their thoughts become more focused. Like other relaxation techniques, hypnosis reduces blood pressure and heart rate and alters certain types of brainwave activity. In this state of hypnotic relaxation, the patient feels physically relaxed and their subconscious mind receptive to the suggestions they are receiving. Their conscious mind becomes less alert, and their subconscious mind becomes more focused. Hypnotherapy can help/intervene in: - Behavioral change - Weight loss - Anxiety - Stress - Burnout - Chronic pain - Injuries - Sleep - Among many others HOW THE SESSION WORKS: The consultation is conducted online (via Zoom or equivalent) and lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes. The session begins with a conversation to understand what you need most from hypnotherapy, and then the most appropriate technique is applied.
